Pop-up bakery with vegan croissants outside Eleven Madison Park

A pop-up we would love to visit! Since April 29 those living in or visiting New York can enjoy plant-based croissants by the executive pastry chef, Laura Cronin of Eleven Madison Park. This month they have several data you can buy their croissants in the pop-up bakery just outside the entrance of the restaurant. The croissants will be available in the classic, chocolate-sesame, and strawberry-rhubarb flavors. You can enjoy a croissant with a Devocion coffee to go.⁠

Both the brand Carpigiani and gelato making are indelibly tied to its tradition in Italy. JRE chefs also remain true to themselves, via modern food preparation honouring their cultural heritage, by respecting and promoting culinary identity and traditions from around the world. JRE Chefs are innovative and imaginative. They are always open to new things, so Carpigiani and JRE-Jeunes Restaurateurs have opted to enhance these features with this new relationship. The cooperation will include a new Award presented by Carpigiani, for the JRE chefs in the bi-annual congress of JRE held in Paris, in April 2024.

Anyone off the street is welcome to stop in but card-carrying members are the ones with the extra perks. EcoBean is creating sustainable chemicals and products with coffee waste

A technology company from Warsaw, EcoBean, has created a spent coffee grounds collection service that processes waste into green raw materials and products. By doing this, the startup is extending the coffee value chain and making it more sustainable by introducing a circular economy. Among other collabs they are collaborating with the Dutch startup You Lucky Bird (YLB) to create the You Lucky Bird eco-friendly cups, which are 100 per cent recycled – made from coffee waste and other vegetable-derived materials. Coastal Mississippi invites travellers to experience ‘National Shrimp Day’

In anticipation of the day created to recognize America’s favorite seafood, National Shrimp Day on May 10, Coastal Mississippi has curated a variety of ways travellers can celebrate all month long. The region, which produces nearly three-fourths the nation’s domestic shrimp, has many unique experiences for seafood enthusiasts, from learning how to find your own fresh catch to exploring the history of the seafood industry.
