In the line of extra ordinary pop-up restaurants: TOAST in Toronto, Canada. As from the 7th of May this pop-up restaurant will be open for four weekends in a row. The only thing you can order here is toast with a spread. The bread is from different bakeries from the region and all the spreads are homemade.
Last saturday the 16th of April opened Deliveroo opened a pop-up restaurant in Amsterdam. Deliveroo is the first delivery service that opens a pop-up restaurant in the Netherlands. For a week the delivery service presents the biggest menu of the Netherlands in the Kalverstraat. Amsterdam’s favorite restaurants as The Butcher, Cafe George, Max and Anne & Max serve their dishes under one roof in one of the busiest shopping streets.
Schedule the date in your agenda and be a chef for one day during Restaurant Day. This food festival takes place at the 21st of May and is being organised by thousands of people worldwide who either open their restaurant for one day or visit one.

At this moment the lobby of building 88 at the Spoorzone (Railway zone) is still under construction but as from next Thursday you’re supposed to smell fish, meat and vegetables here. Foodhall 88 is open until late April.
