Vegetable & Fruit supplier Van Gelder delivers unique and healthy vegetable products

The vegetable assortment of Vegetable & Fruit supplier Van Gelder is distinctive and progressive. After one-and-a-half-years of dedicated research and experimentation, the vegetable products have been created with the ‘perfect’ composition of ingredients. From this, an ideal mix has emerged from witch a nutritious ‘dough’ has been created. The basis of most products consists of fresh vegetables, legumes (including fava beans), mushrooms and herbs. Fermented fava beans contain prebiotics, they are rich in iron and fiber that are important for healthy intestinal flora. Compared to beef, these beans are also a lot more sustainable because less land and water are needed for production. All vegetable burgers, meatballs, salads and other meat substitutes are full of protein, low in salt, low in additives (e-numbers), clean labeled and most products are soy and gluten free.
