A traditional dish with a modern twist

EdelBites is a modern version of the traditional Austrian ‘Käsnudel’ dumpling. The dumpling’s classic dough base and traditional filling of Austrian Hüttenkäse is infused with flavours from around the world. In Austria, ‘Käsnudel’ has been a popular dish for centuries. EdelBites’ founders Angelika and Christoph share their love for the traditional dish and decided to give it a modern twist. With their modern twist on stuffed dumplings, EdelBites wants to show that culinary diversity connects people.

First Dutch EdelBites pop-up location is now open in Amsterdam’s Pijp district

EdelBites dumplings can be ordered via Ubereats and Thuisbezorgd from October on and anyone can drop by the pop-up store on the Eerste van der Helsstraat 27, to experience these dumplings. With options like described above, there is something to choose for everyone. You can choose portions of three or five dumplings, or order an ‘EdelMix’ full of different flavours. More locations will follow later this year.

They made us think of the Pierogies from Eastern Europe.
