Culinary journalist Joël Broekaert (from the Dutch newspapers NRC & Vrij Nederland): “pure chicory has a pleasant, bitter quality, just like coffee. And we spotted the ‘new but old’ Orange Wine on the wine menu’s and we also found a slushie with wine! We made a list with different new and old wines you will most likely see on the terraces this summer. From the wine and fruit slushie you could make your own signature slushie! And we spotted a wine product that, we think, would do great in a bathroom of a hotel in a wine region!
