This means the sticker could help to keep fresh fruit sellable and edible for up to 14 days longer and to make food waste avoidable by businesses and consumers alike.

As if Instagrammable hotels weren’t enough, now the social media frenzy has stirred some chaos at the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas, after all it’s about a picture-perfect chapel. At least that’s what visual artist Joshua Vides had in mind when he created a new art installation at the luxury hotel.Vides’ colourless designs can be easily observed in the monochrome room to begin with. Multinationals focus on circular dairy farmer concept ‘Loop’

Shopping, receiving, enjoying, collecting, cleaning, refilling and re-using. That is the mantra of the new initiative ‘Loop’, where multinationals such as Nestlé, Unilever, Mondelez and Danone have already joined. Consumers receive packaging and return it when the product is finished. All products sold through Loop are in sustainable, recyclable or refillable packaging. The packaging is about a hundred times reusable. Also defective packaging is accepted, as these are then recycled by TerraCycle.

TerraCycle is eliminating the idea of waste by recycling the “non-recyclable”. Whether it’s coffee capsules from your home, pens from a school, or plastic gloves from a manufacturing facility, TerraCycle can collect and recycle almost any form of waste. We partner with individual collectors such as yourself, as well as major consumer product companies, retailers, manufacturers, municipalities, and small businesses across 20 different countries.
