From the team behind SECRET GARDEN

The SIREN introduces guests to the exuberant opulence, extravagance and excellent cuisine that the Mediterranean region has to offer. A tempting range of dishes from Spain, France, Italy and Greece are served within a completely unique concept where service, ambiance and quality come first. The SIREN is a concept by Roy and Mike Poppes and Michiel Dekker, who previously made a big impact in the capital of the Netherlands with SECRET GARDEN. In a dynamic, grand space people eat, drink, enjoy and flirt with life. “We create a space that transports guests to a world of magical seduction,” says Mike Poppes. “With The SIREN as our symbol, we invite our guests to enjoy the best dishes and cocktails, surrounded by opulent design and vibrant energy.”

The large space seamlessly integrates a 160-seat restaurant, a 60-seat lounge plus cocktail bar and an exclusive private dining area for up to 22 guests. The beauty and diversity of the Mediterranean have been reflected in the interior by Architect Will Erens of Too Many Agencies. The interior has marble and copper accents which create a kaleidoscopic effect inspired by rays of light underwater. From a great height, The SIREN, a statue of a beautiful siren, watches the events unfold. Will Erens: “The result is a truly unique dining experience that transports guests to a world of unparalleled beauty and luxury, where every corner of the space exudes elegance and refinement.”
