The Localpolitan launches with customized travel blogging experiences

28-4-2016

Yesterday The Localpolitan launched as the newest, customized hospitality service available online. Instead of visiting a travel website looking for content that fits your needs, The Localpolitan aims to turn the process around, and puts the traveler in control of the content they receive.

How does it work?

Travelers have the option of choosing various packages, dependent on the level of service required for trip planning. From basic tips to customized hospitality itineraries, and finally a full-service booking package, The Localpolitan can ultimately act as your one-stop shop for your next vacation. Whether the desire is for a traditional vacation or an extraordinary experience, the new website will act as your personal travel blog and promises to help you enjoy travel even more. By asking simple questions like your lifephase, budget and preferred vibe, The Localpolitan can deliver ideas such as a culinary creative breakfast spot on the 40th floor of a London skyscraper, an Amsterdam restaurant that serves petit fours in the form of the classic Dutch snack bitterballen, the freshest macaron in Paris or the finest dining experience in Chicago.

The Localpolitan

The Localpolitan was founded by avid traveler Leonie van Spronsen, who saw an opportunity to take her love of travel and the resource of travel blogging to the next level. “Having lived in cities like New York, Paris, and Melbourne, and traveling my entire life all over the world, I wanted to share my tips and ideas with other people who love to travel,” said Leonie. “I’ve spent a lot of time coming up with the coolest places to see, and now I want to share them with the world.” Check her Instagram account for images!

Free taste!

Starting today, travelers can visit The Localpolitan to choose the level package that is right for your next vacation.  A first “free taste” is offered for new customers looking to try out the service, it can be used for their next shortstay travels. Upon completion of a short online form, travelers will receive a personalized article or itinerary in their inbox days later.
