The menu breaks with convention and delights with savoury creations such as Wagyu Aburi Crispy Rice, Beef Brisket Bao with pickles, and Lemongrass Chicken Skewers. The sweet selection is just as tempting, featuring a Raspberry & Yuzu Swiss Roll, an Ube Crème Brûlée, and of course, mochi.
