Hotelnacht celebrates its 10th anniversary with an extra vibrant edition at Carstens Brasserie and art’otel Amsterdam. During Hotelnacht, Amsterdam’s finest hotels open their doors to experience what they have to offer in their own city for one night only. Enjoy fried chicken for one time only at Carstens Fried Chicken Snackbar and awaken your senses among the beautiful works of art at art’otel Gallery with Portuguese-Asian delicacies from ARCA Restaurant.

Carstens Fried Chicken Snackbar

For one night only on Saturday January 14th, Carstens Brasserie will be transformed into Carstens Fried Chicken Snackbar. From David Chang-style buttermilk fried chicken with caviar, to chicken satay loaded fries, and a crispy chicken caramel sundae, the team put all their passion into creating this special menu! Of course, Carstens does this as you’ve come to expect from them – appetisingly laid-out plates, local suppliers, and ensuring as little waste as possible. All chicken is organic and comes from Parelhoen from Flevoland. So gather your friends and take them to Carstens Fried Chicken Snackbar! Curious about the menu? You can find it here. Red Light Night Out at art’otel Amsterdam Gallery

Spend your evening at art’otel Amsterdam’s Gallery. Walk in on Saturday January 14^th from 7pm onwards to dance to the resident DJ’s electric beats, while you feast with your eyes on the latest exhibition: ABSTRACTALIZM, curated by Amsterdam Street Art. Until midnight, enjoy the various delicious ARCA snacks on sale at the food stations, and drinks from the two bars. As a finale, don’t forget the live art photo box to have your portrait taken by two insane light painting artists as a memento of a memorable evening. Buy a passe-partout?
