  1. America’s Only Michelin-Starred Korean Barbecue Has an In-House Dry Aging Room — K-Town | By Eater

In the summer of 2017, Korean Stakehouse Coté opened its doors in New York. The first Korean barbequing restaurant that has been crowned with a Michelin star. Partly due to the fact that the restaurant possesses its own dry aging room for the meat their serve. As a chef and foodie, I get extremely curious when I notice these kinds of restaurants. They have an eye for quality, but also offer an interesting concept. Traditional Korean food but, high quality and the Korean barbequing method that’s done by the guest itself, in addition. An approachable way to introduce your guests to the Korean kitchen.

  1. INSANE Chinese Seafood – $1500 Seafood FEAST in Guangzhou, China – 10 KG BIGGEST Lobster + KING Crab | By the Food Ranger

In the end of October, The Food Ranger was in Guangzhou, China. He visited one of China’s biggest seafood markets in the world. In the market is a restaurant, where you can get your fresh catch cooked immediately. As a huge fan of seafood I really loved this clip and the gigantic products they demonstrated. A mouth-watering experience.
