THE ENTOURAGE GROUP is once again bringing back one of its most beloved annual moments: Paloma Day. From today, May 18 through May 31, this iconic cocktail takes centre stage at the restaurants of THE ENTOURAGE GROUP. The Paloma is a Mexican cocktail traditionally made with tequila and grapefruit soda. Is the Paloma your favourite summer cocktail, or would you like to try one for the first time? Then you know where to go during this period!
As we have mentioned before, in the US they celebrate not only a general cocktail day, but also dedicated days for specific cocktails, including ‘World Paloma Day’ on May 22. It’s great to see THE ENTOURAGE GROUP embracing this occasion across its restaurants!

‘Paloma Day’ at MR PORTER Restaurant, Bar & Lounge | A Pink Basil Paloma, the Passionate Paloma or the Citrus Rain Paloma
High above Amsterdam, at MR PORTER, the experience starts the moment you walk in: the view immediately catches your attention, but it’s the cocktails that make you stay. Especially for this Paloma Day period, the bartenders at the rooftop outdoor bar are serving a selection of different Palomas. No fewer than three variations shine on the menu. The Pink Basil Paloma is fresh and lightly spiced, perfect for that first drink in the sun. The Passionate Paloma delivers a tropical intensity, while the Citrus Rain Paloma offers a refreshing citrus kick. Pepe’s Paloma adds an elegant, slightly salty twist and is delicious later in the afternoon, when the sun begins to set and the city slowly transitions into golden hour.

With the IJ waterfront literally at your feet, this is the place to leave the hustle and bustle of the city behind. During the day, guests enjoy the sunshine overlooking the water while burgers come fresh off the grill and the first cocktails are served. A menu featuring three signature Palomas steals the spotlight: the fresh and lightly floral Ruby Paloma, the warm and aromatic Sunset Paloma, and the Aperitivo Paloma, which adds a subtle bitter edge to the experience.
The Prima, Drama or Nocturna Paloma at MOMO Restaurant, Bar & Lounge
Near Amsterdam’s Vondelpark, MOMO Restaurant, Bar & Lounge is all about long afternoons effortlessly flowing into lively evenings at the bar. At this hotspot, international flair, Asian bites and cocktails come together. The menu features three distinctive Paloma creations, each with its own character.
