Vlees & Co has opened the doors of its new location at Wilhelminaplein in Eindhoven. With this opening, the restaurant, which already has locations in Arnhem, Nijmegen and Amsterdam, continues its expansion across the Netherlands. The new location is the largest to date, with 90 covers inside and a spacious terrace with nearly 70 seats. Over the past few months, the premises at the newly redeveloped Wilhelminaplein have been fully renovated into a restaurant with a warm, contemporary feel, combining high-quality materials throughout. From this new location, Vlees & Co brings its meat concept to Eindhoven. The menu features both classic and exclusive cuts, including the rare Cazurra Beef and the hand-selected Holsteiner line. Thanks to its own in-house butchery, the restaurant maintains full control over quality, while the menu evolves with the seasons and the availability of exceptional products.
New in Eindhoven | the first ‘Meat Sommelier Workshop’
In the interactive space of the ‘Meat Sommelier Workshop’, guests gain insight into the full range of cuts, can engage in conversation with the meat sommelier, and choose their preferred cut and weight themselves. This makes the story behind the provenance, ageing and selection of the meat an integral part of the dining experience.
Looking ahead
Even before the official opening, Vlees & Co received an enthusiastic response from local residents and businesses. Owner Sander van Anholt: “We are absolutely delighted to be opening our Eindhoven location today. We spent two years searching for a location that truly fits our story. The newly redeveloped Wilhelminaplein offers exactly the character we were looking for: green, quality and calm. We are proud to be part of the new energy on this historic square and look forward to introducing Eindhoven to our passion for quality meat.” Vlees & Co Eindhoven is open on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 5pm to midnight. On Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays they are open from 2pm to midnight.
