Nadia en Anneloes are with their new concept, VITTORE C. the new ‘Rabo Starter van het Kwartaal’. A completely new concept within The Netherlands, with only carpaccio’s on the menu.

VITTORE C. carpaccio’s

Would you like to eat a 3-course carpaccio menu? You can! As a starter you will get a carpaccio made of beetroot, followed by a carpaccio made of tenderloin, and to finish a carpaccio made of fruit. All dishes from VITTORE C. are inspired by products around the world. The dishes vary from Dutch beetroots with dressing, inspired by their internship in Portugal, to a classic Italian carpaccio. The carpaccio’s are all served as a full meal, combined with vegetables preserved in special jars.

You can eat your meal in the restaurant, or on-site by making use of their catering or if you are in a hurry you can order one for takeaway.

BANK15

VITTORE C. is situated in the new BANK15, Spoorlaan 250 in Tilburg. BANK15 consists besides the food experience, out of a expo area, flexible working areas and a meeting area.

Are you planning to travel to Tilburg to eat one of the special carpaccio’s then this isn’t your lucky day. The carpaccio bar will be opened from the beginning of september this year. If you really can’t wait, you are welcome from the 22nd till the 31st of July, during these days the restaurant will have some testing days.
