On 16, 17 and 18 September, the Werkspoorhaven in Utrecht will be transformed into a true beer-walhalla during the Uncovered Festival. More than 15 different breweries will present the beers they are most proud of. As guest, you can visit the bars of all these breweries and taste their beers. There are even special ‘beerflights’ arranged by the organisation that make sure you can taste different beers in the right taste intensity.

Beerflights during the Uncovered Festival

This year brewery De Leckere exists 25 years and one of the ways they celebrate this is by organising their first own beer festival. Of course, all the special beers produced in honour of this silver jubilee can be tasted at the Uncovered festival. One of these is a series of five beers that present the history of brewing. In addition to these beers, work is also currently underway on the release of a book in which they are time-travelling through the history of beer. The festival is of course the perfect moment to present this special book.

Besides all the possibilities to taste beers or score the book, there will also be musical entertainment. On all three days, you will be able to listen to a unique musical programme. The Werkspoor Café will also provide a variety of matching dishes and snacks. Curious about this Utrecht beer festival? Tickets are for sale here.
