For those cocktail lovers living or visiting London, we have seen incredible cocktails on Instagram served by the Incognito Cocktail Company,  they have 4 locations. And Lilly’s Café in the Covent Garden’s Piazza serves a ‘Bottomless Rosé’ brunch this summer.

From Friday 15 to Sunday 17 September 2023, the festival ‘Classical on the Amstelveld’ will be organized in Amsterdam for the 11th time. Visiting on Friday and Saturday is free!

In Rotterdam you can enjoy the Japanese Souffle pancakes at the Souffle Café, a lot of Wiggleness! And also spotted on Instagram: the Gâteau Mille-pressé by Gariguette in Japan, it looks delicious!

A new pop-up in LA by the luggage brand Béis, the BÉIS Hotel, is still open till July 29. And Burger King in Brazil introduced the Barbie Burger combo meal in pink.

Beans is How | Global game-changers join forces to increase bean consumption

Global food awareness organisation ProVeg International has joined forces with Google, the Bezos Earth Fund and more than 40 other organisations to campaign for a doubling of global bean, pea, pulse, lentil and legume consumption by 2028. The ambitious Beans is How campaign will promote the value of incorporating beans into meals as part of a strategy to remove greenhouse gas emissions from the food system. Check out their press release, link in the title. They even have a ‘menu challenge’ that encourages restaurants, caterers, cafes, schools and other food providers to include #beansonthemenu.

Reservations to taste and experience UPSIDE Foods’ Cultivated Chicken at Bar Crenn are open

Reservations have been released to the public for the first of UPSIDE’s ongoing services at Bar Crenn, which will take place on August 4 at 5:00 p.m. PT. This is the first time members of the public can make a reservation for a meal with the cultivated meat of UPSIDE Foods in the US. Subsequent services will be held on the first weekend of each month, with new reservations released monthly on Bar Crenn’s website on the second Friday of the previous month. Limited reservations are on a first-come, first-serve basis. To secure a reservation, consumers can visit Bar Crenn’s reservation page on SevenRooms.

GOOD Meat & José Andrés make historic U.S. sale of Cultivated Chicken

We wrote about the dish Dominique Crenn created with the Cultivated Chicken of UPSIDE Foods but on July 4 was the landmark dinner with the cultivated chicken of GOOD Meat at China Chilcano by José Andrés that honoured the late Willem van Eelen (Dutch), who is widely known as the “godfather of cultivated meat” and would have celebrated his 100th birthday on July 4, 2023. Incognito Cocktail Company in London

For those cocktail lovers living or visiting London, we spotted the Incognito Cocktail Company with 3 locations in London. They offer an award winning cocktail experience in Winchester, Richmond and Kingston upon Thames. Check out the Instagram post below of a couple of these great ways to serve cocktails, it reminded us about the way the food is served at the restaurants of Barton G!

Lilly’s Café in the Covent Garden’s Piazza serves a ‘Bottomless Rosé’ brunch

Lilly’s Café in London created the ultimate girl’s day out: with free-flowing rosé, delicious brunch dishes, homemade cake and a beautiful setting within Covent Garden’s piazza. The brunch takes place in the restaurant’s stunning conservatory on Saturdays and Sundays. On the menu you’ll find everything from Banoffee Toast, Turkish Eggs and much more even less breakfasty bits like spaghetti and salads. Although brunch isn’t as hip anymore in the Netherlands we think a lot of Dutchies would love to try the dishes and bottomless rosé of Lilly’s Café as well!

Program Classical on the Amstelveld 2023 announced

Enjoy live opera in the open air, top international musicians and up-and-coming talent from home and abroad. On Friday and Saturday the festival is free to attend and various performances will take place on the Amstelveld, such as special collaborations between Sinfonia Rotterdam and two young rising stars and the Concertgebouw Chamber Orchestra and four classical talents. On Sunday, the festival will conclude with a wide range of educational activities in Amsterdam Noord. Read more in their press release, link in the title. Organized by foundation KOHA.

Souffle Café | Japanese Souffle pancakes sold in Rotterdam

It takes around 20 minutes to make the souffles from scratch at the Souffle Café, so a little patience or pre-order is necessary! But you’ll get a lot of wiggleness! They serve them in many flavours, check out their menu. On the menu they also have egg toasts, cake rolls, macarons, bingsu and all kind of bubble teas. Gariguette | Gâteau Mille-pressé from Japan

Check out the video about the making of Gâteau Mille-pressé by Gariguette in Japan in the link in the title. It looks delicious as you can see in the Instagram post below! They have 3 stores in Tokyo, Osaka and Fukuoka.

The pop-up Béis hotel opened in Venice

The BÉIS Hotel, a new pop-up in LA by the luggage brand Béis, has opened, you can visit it and shop for luggage in their shop from July 8-29th 11am to 7pm. Check out their website, link in the title or check out their Instagram post below! They also sell Barbie The Movie X Béis.

Burger King Brazil introduced the Barbie Burger combo meal in pink

In the link in the title you can see how they created a real Barbie palace of one of the Burger King restaurants in Brazil. Below the combo meal at Burger King Brazil: a cheeseburger, topped with pieces of bacon and pink sauce, comes with a pink vanilla-flavoured milkshake, a ring doughnut sprinkled with pink frostings, and an order of Ken’s fries.
