Dominique Crenn will open restaurant Golden Poppy in Paris

Spring 2023 Dominique Crenn of San Francisco’s three-Michelin-star Atelier Crenn will open her first restaurant in France. The name will be Golden Poppy and it will be located in the new Fantaisie hotel at 24 rue Cadet, in Paris’ ninth arrondissement. Torno Subito by Massimo Bottura will open in Miami

One of the world’s most celebrated chefs, Massimo Bottura, who has 3 Michelin stars for his Italian restaurant Osteria Francescana in Modena, is bringing his popular Italian restaurant Torno Subito to Downtown Miami later this year. It will be located on the rooftop of Julia & Henry’s, a seven-story entertainment and culinary space that is slated to debut this spring. If you’re visiting New York this month you’re able to enjoy the icy rooftop pop-up with ice sculptures and a great view. According to the article on the blog ‘Guest of a Guest’, link in the title, they created a glittering glacial landscape dotted with custom-designed ice sculptures, ice furniture, and even ice cocktail glasses for this pop-up. To ensure guests stay cozy during their visit, the Polar Lounge at 1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge is teaming up with luxury outerwear brand Moose Knuckles to provide sustainably sourced parkas from their iconic collection, while a percentage of sales will be donated to the non-profit Oceanic Global in support of their work to protect our oceans and polar regions.
