Dubai is the 36th destination which will have its own Guide MICHELIN! The first selection of restaurants will be revealed in June. And McDonald’s USA surprises fans with unexpected Szechuan Sauce drop. Great idea a limited time offer of products from the past, which product would you bring back?

SALSA SHOP is a fast growing brand of fresh Mexican food restaurants, they recently opened the 10th restaurant in the Netherlands and they have big dreams for Europe. And a great initiative of Culinair Leiden in our hometown, a 6.5 km long festive ribbon of tables along the Singelpark route on 25 and 26 June 2022: Singelpark Dinner.

Delicious Ukrainian cuisine at La Bourse et la Vie in Paris or as they renamed the restaurant: ‘Le Borscht et la Vie’

Over 3 million Ukrainians have fled their homes and country to take shelter. Three refugees started working in Paris at La Bourse et la Vie and are excited to share their traditions with their guests. Starting April 4 and for 2 months, Alina, Yulia and Ivan will take over the kitchen at La Bourse et la Vie and offer you a menu that will be an expression of the finest Ukrainian cuisine as much as a celebration of the inextricable bond between the inhabitants across the entire European continent. They even changed their name to Le Borscht et la Vie, le Borscht being the traditional East European soup.  During this period, they will proudly donate 5% of their total revenue to a charity association that supports the victims of the war in Ukraine. Mr. Charlie’s launches in  Los Angeles | With a brand resemblance to McDonald’s

Mr. Charlie’s recently opened a vegan fast-food restaurant on 612 N. La Brea Ave,  in Los Angeles and you have to admit, the red/yellow branding as well as the upside down smile, does resemble the McDonald’s branding. So Mr. Charlie’s is causing an online stir! They describe themselves as ‘An Exhibition of Plants’ and all their burgers are made with Impossible foods patties. Instead of a Happy Meal they have their own ‘Frowny Meal’. Check out their branding in the Instagram post below, the text continues below the post.

Dubai is the 36th destination to food lovers which will have a Guide MICHELIN

Dubai will be joining the MICHELIN Guide family. Their team of inspectors is already in the field, in order to prepare the first selection of restaurants, which will be revealed in June. The selection will be made according to the tried and tested methodology applied all over the world, by the inspectors of the MICHELIN Guide, based on its universally applied set of five criteria, including the quality of the ingredients, the mastery of cooking, the harmony of flavors, the personality of the chef through the cuisine and the consistency both over time and across the entire menu. These are applied to all the selected restaurants in order to help gastronomes from around the world make an informed choice from among high-quality options.

The full 2022 selection of the MICHELIN Guide Dubai restaurants worldwide will be available on the MICHELIN Guide website https://guide.michelin.com, and on the MICHELIN Guide App, available for free on iOS and Android, where users can research restaurants following their locations, cuisine types, or additional features, in order to find the perfect match.
