Nancy Bourguignon, a Belgian chef who is chef at hotel B Design & Spa for more than 20 years, makes a lovely breakfast buffet with local specialities in her spotless kitchen. Creating more space in the breakfast room and allowing their guests a glimpse in her work area.
Hotel B Design & Spa
This charming four star design hotel is located in the Regional Park of the Alpilles, in the village of Paradou, close to Les Baux-de-Provence. The hotel has a nice outdoor pool, stunning designer rooms and suites, an intimate spa with hammam and a lovely indoor swimming pool in a beautiful Provencal setting surrounded by olive trees. Highly recommended, especially in the low season! I have enjoyed great weather (18 degrees) early December, so Autumn and Spring must be great here. ^ Marjolein
