Restaurant owners and managers can receive realtime feedback from customers on their mobile without giving away their private number. Guests can text to a number on a table card to inform the staff about a dirty toilet for instance. Goal of the tool is to solve problems before they will result in negative online reviews. This is an American initiative, we’ve spotted the comparable MeView (Dutch) before.
