Sign language and deaf baristas at Starbucks

22-7-2016

A Starbucks in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia looks just like the other stores in the region. Baristas are handcrafting beverages with the rich aroma of coffee lingering in the air. However, when customers reach the counter to order a drink, they’ll notice something different. Instead of calling out beverage orders, baristas use sign language.
