From the 1st of July until the 31st of August, the Gashouder on the Westergas will be transformed into the largest one and a half meter restaurant in the Netherlands, called ‘De Ronde Tafel’ (the round table). A concept in which various top chefs temporarily move their kitchen and spoil and surprise 100 guests with an exclusive 5-course menu accompanied by top-quality wines, every night. It is a collaboration of Les Patrons Cuisiniers, which is also partly responsible for the selection of the guests, Westergas and Famous Flavours. It is a great idea to combine the cooking skills of top chefs with the space of the Gashouder! We publish this article in English as well, as we believe the collaboration between the event industry and the restaurants industry is great. Enjoy the dishes of the following chefs during  ‘Rond de Tafel’

Due to the size of the iconic Gashouder, the social distancing can be guaranteed for the maximum number of allowed guests. A pre-reserved time slot will be used. Additionally, all prescribed guidelines will be adhered to. Everything has been thought of and it promises to be a series of unforgettable evenings. Reservations for lunch and dinner are possible from Saturday the 13th of June onwards via the website ‘Rond de Tafel’.

Rotterdam is coming to Amsterdam to cook! Erik van Loo of restaurant Parkheuvel in Rotterdam with 2 Michelin stars cooks from Wednesday the 1st until Sunday the 12th of July.

Richard van Oostenbrugge of restaurant 212 in Amsterdam with 1 Michelin star cooks from Wednesday the 15th of July until Sunday the 26th of July.

Egon van Hoof of restaurant Mos in Amsterdam with 1 Michelin star. You can get to know his kitchen from Wednesday the 29th of July until Sunday the 9th of August.

Soenil Bahadoer of restaurant de Lindehof in Nuenen with 2 Michelin stars cooks from Wednesday the 12th of August to Sunday the 16th of August.

Wilco Berends of restaurant de Nederlanden in Vreeland with 1 Michelin star cooks Wednesday, August 19th until Sunday the 30th of August.
