The Cobraspen Groep will bring ‘la dolce vita’ to Haarlem with Hotel Palazzo
The hotel, aimed at the high-end segment, will be operated by Highlight Hotel Group. The redevelopment of the national monument will be awarded later this month to a contractor and installer, who will be announced soon. Luigi Prins, owner of the Cobraspen Groep, says: “With this hotel, we are bringing the good life, ‘la dolce vita’, to Haarlem.”
Renovation with respect for historical character
The characteristic building is being renovated with full respect for its architectural style. The natural stone façade will retain its historic appearance, including its projecting sections, half-columns, and pediment. The maisonette-style hotel rooms will be luxuriously appointed, most with a mezzanine sleeping area for added space and grandeur.
Unique facilities and hospitality at Hotel Palazzo
Hotel Palazzo will distinguish itself from other boutique hotels in Haarlem through its waterfront location and unique facilities. Upon completion, the hotel will include an exclusive wellness area on the top floor, with a pool on the adjacent rooftop. The hotel will also feature several food & beverage concepts, open to both guests and locals. During the day, guests can enjoy coffee and lunch, while the evening the restobar will offer cocktails and refined dining.
