Essense Food & Events celebrates its 1-year anniversary this month and has quickly made a name in the world of high-end events. With a team led by SVH Master Chef Jeroen Robberegt and hospitality expert Jasper Gronert, Essense distinguishes itself through its focus on refined hospitality, culinary perfection, and culinary storytelling. Every event is developed through co-creation with the client, blending gastronomy, ambiance, and brand identity into one complete concept. Essense translates culinary creations into unforgettable experiences that not only excite the taste buds but also bring the story of the brand or occasion to life.
In their first year, Essense organized remarkable events including the Emma Children’s Hospital Gala, Polo Museumplein Amsterdam, Bugatti, Nivea, Quote, STX, and Otto Work Force. Their style is rebellious, refined, and always tailor-made: a feast for all the senses.
Museum Villa | Cultural hotspot in Westerpark
On September 13, Villa – a new home for playful, sensory art – opened its doors to the public. Located in the monumental ‘Engineer’s House Westergasfabriek’, the former residence of architect Isaac Gosschalk, 12 rooms have been curated by contemporary artists. At this special location, with a distinctive vision of art experience, Villa aims to make art accessible to a wide audience. The ambition is to grow into a new cultural hotspot in the dynamic Westerpark neighborhood. The combination of monumental architecture and modern art makes Villa a unique venue for exhibitions and events.
