Any Hospitality Organization wants to be the best – the winner, if you will. This goal has led the Hospitality Industry searching for the ultimate solution to fight competition. The question remains: “What is the most significant measurement tool in fighting competition?” The answer is often: customer satisfaction. 

In early 2013, the hotel software Oaky was founded. Erik Tengen, Co-Founder, explains the core reason why Oaky was developed: “We believe that every guest is unique and has different needs. The guests are introduced to Oaky directly after their booking by using a unique link taking the guest straight to the web application. Still at home, the guest is offered discounted room upgrades; package deals; customizable room options and to share preferences with the venue. In-property, Oaky makes it simple and worthwhile for the guest to share real-time feedback.

It can be contented that feelings are the fundamental players in discovering the key to customer satisfaction, and it seems that Oaky’s ability to motivate and detect a great volume of reliable “customer feelings” in real time is exactly what hotel and /or restaurant owners have been waiting for!
