With the launch of a special film, André Gerrits introduced INSPICED by André Gerrits in cooperation with the NoName Group; gourmet food service on location inspired by its Michelin star philosophy, for both business and private events. With this new culinary concept, André Gerrits, from restaurant ‘t Amsterdammertje (*) in Loenen a/d Vecht in the Netherlands, and his team provide international haute cuisine dishes and top hospitality at every conceivable location. From intimate living room dinner to business event.

In order to reinforce his distinction, both in personality and philosophy, for the culinary concept ‘INSPICED by André Gerrits’, Gerrits didn’t go overnight. He had a short, controversial film produced, such as we have never seen before in the Netherlands. Which you can see as you continue reading!

On Friday, July 5, the film premiered during a press event. Interesting detail: the tattoo of the globe, which is a symbol of Gerrits’ international dishes, has actually been put on his arm for this film!

INSPICED by André Gerrits is a joint initiative with the NoName Group

The high-end catering concept is a joint initiative of André Gerrits and NoName Group, the organization behind culinary festivals  like ‘Lekker Laren’ and ‘Taste of Amsterdam’. INSPICED by André Gerrits builds a bridge between culinary delights and events on location. A taste experience of a star restaurant is created at every conceivable location. Unique to this concept is the full-service, so it is not just taking care of the food but the complete production of the event is possible. From top wines to decoration, entertainment and staff. About André Gerrits

Star chef André Gerrits, took over the well-known restaurant ‘t Amsterdammertje in 2009 together with his wife Geneviève Paulina. André, who gained experience in the kitchens of Ron Blaauw, Tonny Berentsen and Jan de Wit, received a Michelin star and the “Smiley Award 2010” from restaurant guide Gault Millau a year later.
