Coravin is once again partnering with restaurants and bars around the world to offer exclusive, rare, and highly sought-after wines by the glass during the Coravin World Wine Tour in May 2025. Eight countries — the US, UK, Australia, Italy, France, Denmark, Germany, and the Netherlands — are participating, with more than 55 leading venues, ranging from trendy wine bars to Michelin-starred restaurants. Sommeliers are bringing out exceptional wines and vintages from their cellars, some of which have never before been available by the glass.

Coravin World Wine Tour is an international initiative

Launched in 2024, the Coravin World Wine Tour grew from 15 locations to an international initiative with more than 55 participating venues. The concept was created by Coravin’s founder and owner, Greg Lambrecht, who wanted to make extraordinary wines accessible without needing to open an entire bottle.

In the Netherlands, several hospitality venues are opening their wine cellars for this special edition of the Coravin World Wine Tour. They will be serving exceptional wines such as a Chassagne-Montrachet Premier Cru “Les Ruchottes” 2020 from Domaine Ramonet, a Bolgheri Sassicaia 2018 from Tenuta San Guido, and the Y d’Yquem 2020 from Château d’Yquem.

SINCK, Amsterdam: a modern wine bar located in the Jordaan, offering a selection of European terroir wines.

NOTK, Rotterdam: an innovative wine bar on the Deliplein, featuring an adventurous wine list with selections that are normally not available by the glass.

Zarzo, Eindhoven: a Michelin-starred restaurant focusing on wine and food pairings, where you can taste exclusive top Spanish wines by the glass, paired with their elegant dishes.

Tribeca, Heeze: the two Michelin-starred fine dining restaurant will be serving iconic French and Italian wines by the glass during the tour – a rare opportunity to discover and enjoy outstanding vintages alongside exquisite cuisine.

Central Park Voorburg: a luxurious Michelin-starred restaurant set in a historic villa, where a selection of classic and surprising wines will be available by the glass during the tour.

“I am thrilled that hospitality venues around the world share my mission to open up the world of wine,” says Greg Lambrecht. Katie Warren, Senior Director of Global Marketing at Coravin, adds: “The trend of ‘drinking less but better’ is making wine by the glass increasingly important. This program helps hospitality partners offer their guests extraordinary wines to discover, while also increasing engagement and revenue.”

The Coravin World Wine Tour menus will be available throughout May at participating locations.
