State-of-the-art cocktail machine as bartender 2.0

L’OUI is specially designed for large hospitality venues and festivals. The state-of-the-art machine makes it possible to offer a wide selection of cocktails, with minimal effort and investment. Based on pre-prepared recipes, this bartender 2.0 creates perfect cocktails to serve immediately. As indicated the creators say it works accurate, consistent and efficient. Twenty cocktail and five mocktail flavours are available in the specially developed cans processed by L’OUI. As it works, the machine keeps track of the number of cocktails served, the maintenance of the machine and the quality of the drinks. L’OUI currently serves cocktails at over 70 locations – from sunny beach pavilions to gourmet starred restaurants.

Daan Gijbels, co-founder of L’OUI, on his cocktail concept: “L’OUI is much more than a cocktail machine. It is a new standard for hospitality. A true revolution in the hospitality industry. Perhaps the main difference between a regular bartender and our innovative newcomer is productivity. A seasoned bartender makes an average of 15 to 20 cocktails an hour, L’OUI serves 120 effortlessly. It’s cool because it cools to freezing point and no need to reshake – just pour and ready. Initiators Edwin de Koeijer and Daan Gijbels developed the concept in response to the growing cocktail demand and the increasing shortage of skilled bar staff. From Espresso Martini to Virgin Mojito and from Strawberry Daiquiri to Whiskey Sour – L’OUI serves 25 different canned concentrate-based cocktails mixed with water and ice. Guaranteed the perfect serve just by pulling the lever once. Founded in 2021, the company is initially targeting the Dutch market, with launches in Spain, UK, Germany, Turkey and Scandinavia planned.
