With more than 400 applications, 10 matches were made by Cupid (owner of the Coffeelicious Bakery, Fiona Stoger). Sunday the 17th of September was the day. A special morning full of love and romance at Coffeelicious in Dordrecht. The love-filled event (inspired by the film Happy Single) brought a touch of romance into the air and created an unforgettable atmosphere for the participants.
The morning started with first the arrival of the men, like true gentlemen some even with a present in hand. Then the ladies poured in, and soon delicious snacks and drinks were served. Conversations and laughter filled the room, creating a warm and cosy atmosphere. After breakfast, the couples boarded beautiful and romantic boats provided by Si Barone. Hostesses greeted everyone with a refreshing bubble, ready for a romantic cruise through Dordrecht. There were no awkward silences during the cruise, as the fantastic guides from ‘Ontdek Dordrecht’ (discover Dordrecht) provided fascinating stories and interesting insights about the city.
After the boats returned, it was time to say goodbye and find out whether Cupid had hit her arrows. While not everyone found a perfect match, there was good news for seven couples, which is a great achievement out of 10 couples.
