The visual social network Instagram is the best marketing platform for sharing photos of hotels, restaurant or bars. You can share photos of your property, the surroundings, the food and drinks. All to make your future guest excited about the experience those photos promises.

The hospitality industry creates more engagement with Instagram than Facebook or Pinterest

According to an American study it seems that the hospitality industry receives more audience engagement on Instagram than any other social platform. Storytelling through your photos. I’m following a couple of hotels we visited in the past and I can tell you that seeing photos at a regular base keeps the memory alive! Instagram has 500 million monthly active users at the moment, so if you have a hotel, restaurant or bar I would suggest to start making photos! Tod A. Vines did some research in hotels and resort brands and offers insights in, for example the Instagram account of the Four Seasons (@fourseasons):
333K followers | 7 posts per week on average | 4.000 Likes per post on average | 50+ Comments per post on average.
