From 9 to 12 January, professionals from the hospitality industry will once again gather at the fair. Since January 2020, the Netherlands’ largest hospitality fair has not taken place in physical form. This makes the return of Horecava extra festive. The upcoming edition will focus on three themes: sustainability, personnel and innovation. The organization has not been idle in recent years. Because in addition to the exhibition days, the dynamic hospitality industry needs a place where they can meet like-minded people 365 days a year. Horecava has developed a successful online platform where supply and demand come together and current news is shared. Both hospitality companies and interest groups now know how to find each other there.

The themes of Horecava 2023
Horecava is more than a networking event. The organization has noticed that sustainability, personnel and innovation are currently of great importance to the hospitality industry. Consequently, these are the three main themes on which the focus will be during the fair. Hospitality entrepreneurs are looking for concrete solutions and inspiration to meet the challenges of our time. At the fair, they will find parties who can help them directly with useful tips and practical solutions. At the largest hospitality fair in the Netherlands, professionals from the hospitality industry are welcome to meet while enjoying delicious snacks and drinks. To keep the quality of visitors high, the invitation policy has been adjusted. Horecava is intended for (final) decision-makers, entrepreneurs and professionals from the foodservice industry. Companies that were already known to Horecava and (still) fall within the target group received an invitation from the organization. Of course, new catering companies are also welcome to visit the fair. On the website, they can register and apply for a free code. After a check by the organization, these companies will also receive an invitation to visit the most enjoyable and tasty fair in the Netherlands. This way, the organization ensures that Horecava 2023 will be a fair with high-quality visitors.
Horecava has been the horeca exhibition for professionals in the world of eating, drinking and sleeping outdoors for 65 years. The largest trade fair for the hospitality industry in the Netherlands attracts tens of thousands of visitors each edition.
