“In the past we have seen that ‘popular diets’ like for example Montignac and Atkins, did wonders (sales wise) for restaurants offering meals prepared within the limits of those diets. Would this be possible with the Scandinavian diet as well?” Our guest writer, Julia Soldic explains….

The masses are embracing the Scandinavian diet, the eatable solution to prolonged life expectancy – Why?

Research has shown that adopting the ancient Scandinavian eating habits can lead to a higher chance of prolonged life expectancy. Fish, fresh (and frozen) berries, whole grain, rye, spelt and favorable oils are making the healthy Scandinavian stomachs smile all the way past the doctor. So why do people still speak about the Mediterranean diet as the solely key to a praiseful nutrition therapy?

Embracing the Scandinavian diet will, eventually, lead to lower cholesterol, reduce risks of heart diseases and decrease diabetes. One would agree that this is the complete opposite direction to where the Western world is going: more than 15 million people die annually as a direct cause to poor dietary.

One of the ultimate keys to a Scandinavian diet, is the brimming, fatty & healthy fish Scandinavians grew up eating, on an average, 2 days per week. The fish do not limit itself to carrying crucial amounts of Omega 3- fatty acids, yet it is also an excellent provider of minerals and vitamins.

Do you eat a large amount of fish, yet still often sick?

Scandinavian people eat more cured and pickled food products than anywhere else in the world, meaning that all the healthy minerals and vitamins are preserved and kept within the food– making these babies hidden nutrition bombs.

Next time you visit a restaurant and catch yourself swearing over the high prices on fish: Eat Scandilicious food. Your life has a price, pay it.

And to all you influential restaurant owners: Help us fight poor dietary by giving your guests a chance to eat Scandinavian food.
