The French confectionery specialist Roy Rene gave his traditional calissons a facelift. Traditional calissons are sweet, the new Callison have a salty taste. The jury selected the 2010 SIAL calissons for new trends and innovations of the year. The small indulgence is available in three flavors: black olives, sundried tomatoes and ratatouille.
