For the first time this Valentine’s Day, abc kitchens has elevated a classic romantic gesture. In place of flowers, guests will be presented with a seasonal vegetable bouquet, a one-off creation curated by Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten and Executive Chef Ben Boeynaems. Gifted to every table booked on the evenings of 13th February and 14th February, each bouquet is paired with a take-home recipe from Ben, bringing a taste of abc home and extending celebrations beyond the restaurant.

A seasonal vegetable bouquet

Celebrating peak-season produce, the arrangement speaks to the restaurant’s philosophy of produce-driven refinement and sustainability. Join in celebrations with a special set menu that kicks things off with a glass of Champagne. Choose from Heirloom beet carpaccio with avocado purée and follow with abc signatures such as Charred grilled octopus or the South Coast John Dory. No date night is complete without dessert; finish up with Dark chocolate and passion fruit pudding with chocolate custard cake, bitter caramel, and passion fruit sorbet.

Served within the contemporary and vibrant space of the Emory in London, with a glass façade offering views over Hyde Park, and Damien Hirst adorning the walls, abc kitchens offer an intimate ambiance that sets the stage for a perfect Valentine’s Day. The Valentine’s Day menu is available on the evenings of 13th and 14th February, and can be booked here.
