As of today, July 3, the new Kesbeke Bowl is available for a limited time at all Poké Perfect locations. This special is the result of a flavourful collaboration with Kesbeke, where pickles take center stage rather than serving as a mere side.

The limited edition Kesbeke Bowl features…
This Kesbeke Bowl by Poké Perfect features sushi rice, Thai-style minced chicken, carrot, corn, Kewpie mayonnaise, and sesame seeds. But the real star of the dish is Kesbeke’s pickled goodness: generous portions of pickled gherkins, kimchi, and pearl onions add zest, freshness, and balance. Poké Perfect co-founder Quinta Witzel explains: “We’d been wanting to collaborate with Kesbeke for a while. Their pickles are fantastic, and their style matches ours — honest, no-nonsense, and with a sense of humour.”
The idea for the Kesbeke Bowl emerged quickly. Quinta brought her favorite chicken recipe to the Kesbeke factory, where she and Oos and his son Camiel tasted, tested, and refined the concept. “We look for flavour combinations that are unexpected but make perfect sense,” says Oos. “Spicy, sour, creamy – all in one bite. Poké Perfect really understands that.”
The pregnant Quinta left with a big jar of pickles, a tradition at Kesbeke for pregnant women.
We previously covered the opening of Poké Perfect’s large location in Rotterdam. The brand frequently collaborates with other companies; in late 2024, for example, the Ron Gastro Bowls were on the menu temporarily.
