A collaboration between Ron Blaauw and Cees Holtkamp – on June 21 they will celebrate Amsterdam’s 750 years birthday in style. At this Amsterdam breakfast, all Amsterdammers are welcome, from 11 a.m. and sleepers can reserve until 2 p.m. You better arrive by bike as the ring road will be closed then due to festivities. Great initiative!

Max (soon to be called HBO Max) is bringing the fan-favorite Hot Fellas storyline from And Just Like That… to life with a real-world bakery pop-up in NYC’s East Village on June 14–15, 2025. Inspired by Anthony Marentino’s bread delivery service, the immersive pop-up features fresh baked goods, coffee, cheeky branding, exclusive merch, and appearances by the ‘Hot Fellas’ themselves. Admission is free. Fans in NYC, Chicago, and LA can also order a limited-edition Hot Fellas Bakery Bundle via Grubhub or Seamless. Nobu Hospitality brings iconic luxury lifestyle to historic Kraków

Chipotle is celebrating fans with a limited-edition collection of 13 temporary tattoos inspired by iconic brand elements like its black fork, water cup, and “Chipotle is my life” slogan. On Friday, June 13, from 3–4 PM local time, U.S. restaurants will offer a BOGO deal to anyone “tatted like a Chipotle bag”—whether with real, temporary, or drawn-on tattoos. At 13 select locations, guests can also receive a free flash tattoo sheet with in-restaurant orders during the same hour, while supplies last. Pret A Manger is launching a new shop format
Pret A Manger is launching a new shop format that features a more spacious, family-friendly environment with made-to-order food and drink service suited to longer, more relaxed visits. Set to be unveiled in Broughty Ferry and Maidenhead in June, Pret is trialling this format as it continues to expand outside of London and adapt the brand to suit different working patterns and lifestyles.
In a departure from their old format, much of Pret’s menu in these new shops will be made-to-order, featuring a longer counter where customers can watch their delicious products being made. There will be more space for dine-in customers, as well as Little Stars Café play area for families with young children to enjoy. Full porcelain crockery will also be provided while there will only be one ‘ready-to-go’ refrigerated shelf for those customers on the move. More details in their press release, link in the title.

Albron and Hutten announce new organisation name: Hai – Hutten Albron Impactmakers
Last November, Albron announced the successful completion of its acquisition of industry peer Hutten. Meanwhile, the harmonisation programme ‘More impact together’ is in full swing. Recently, the new name of the parent organisation was unveiled: Hai – Hutten Albron Impactmakers.
