The Social Hub supports the trans community with ‘Shout it from our Roof’ Initiative
With the launch of its ‘Shout it from our Roof’ initiative, The Social Hub is giving trans people across Europe a platform — literally and figuratively — to show the world who they are. Everyone is welcome to join the Pride event at The Social Hub Amsterdam City on July 30, starting at 6:00 PM, to celebrate.

A clear stance on diversity at The Social Hub
While many companies are watering down their diversity policies due to fear of public backlash, The Social Hub — a hospitality pioneer — is taking a clear and deliberate stand for the trans community. Through this new initiative, trans individuals are given space and visibility at Social Hub locations across Europe.
On July 30, The Social Hub Amsterdam City kicks off the initiative with an activist Pride event focused on visibility, pride, and solidarity. The event is free and open to anyone who feels connected to the queer community. In collaboration with queer dance collective IsBurning, the festive program will be hosted by drag queen Ma’Ma Queen and features self-expression opportunities like a manifestation wall, a decorated soapbox with megaphone, and performances by Ambu Bambu b2b Zobayda and Valley Dolly b2b Grace Sands.
The Pride Hub | The Social Hub During Amsterdam Pride
For the past five years, The Social Hub Amsterdam City has served as The Pride Hub, a central gathering place during Amsterdam Pride. Throughout the year, they host events by and for the LGBTQIA+ community, with the goal of creating a safe and inclusive space for connection, support, and expression.
About the ‘Shout it from our Roof’ initiative
“We don’t just talk about safe spaces — we create them,” says Charlie MacGregor, Founder and CEO of The Social Hub. “Especially now that fundamental rights are under pressure, we remain committed to amplifying all voices. At The Social Hub, we’re building a world where everyone is seen, heard, and free to be themselves.”
A deep commitment to social impact
Social responsibility is at the heart of The Social Hub’s mission. The company is B Corp certified and launched the non-profit TSH Talent Foundation in 2024. Each year, they donate 1% of global revenue to social initiatives. They also symbolically donate 99 hours of space to local organizations supporting diversity and inclusion — a tribute to the Transgender Day of Remembrance on November 20. With ‘Shout it from our Roof’, The Social Hub not only provides a platform for the LGBTQIA+ community, but actively contributes to bold expression, pure joy, and boundless pride — now and always.
