This spring, The Ritz-Carlton, Fort Lauderdale will debut the Gibson Guitar Experience, a monthlong collaboration with iconic music brand Gibson, celebrating more than 130 years of craftsmanship. Running April 10 through May 10 and timed with the Tortuga Music Festival, the initiative transforms the oceanfront resort into a music-inspired destination. Select elements of the experience, including Burlock Coast Seafare & Spirits, The Ritz-Carlton Spa, Fort Lauderdale, and Sea La Vie Sundeck, are open to both non-hotel guests and hotel visitors, while guests reserving Club Lounge accommodations can enjoy additional amenities.
It’s a great idea for a hotel to capitalize on the music theme when there’s a festival taking place nearby.

The Gibson Guitar Experience | Supporting musicians through art
The collaboration supports Gibson Gives, the brand’s philanthropic division dedicated to advancing musicians and music education worldwide. Proceeds from a custom-wrapped Gibson guitar will benefit the foundation. The one-of-a-kind instrument features artwork by digital artist Kenneth Kudulis, who will appear at the resort on April 10 and 11 for guest meet-and-greets and print giveaways. A silent auction for the guitar memorabilia will run throughout the month.

Music and cuisine inspired by Gibson
Club Lounge accommodations include a Gibson x The Ritz-Carlton guitar pick and a handcrafted dark chocolate guitar. The lounge serves as a central hub for the experience, offering select Gibson guitars for guest use, live music on select evenings, and Nashville-inspired culinary offerings such as warm biscuits and jam, smoke-infused cocktails, Goldtop Hot Gulf Shrimp, and Appalachian Spoon Bread Dumplings.
At Burlock Coast, Smoke & Strings presents a four-course tasting menu with cocktail pairings, featuring dishes including Southern Biscuits, Country-Fried Fish, Whiskey-Bathed Cowboy Steak, and Smoked S’mores Tart, accompanied by specialty cocktails.
Spa and Sea La Vie Sundeck experiences
At The Ritz-Carlton Spa, guests can reserve the Harmonic Heat Therapy, an 80-minute treatment combining infrared heat, sound immersion, and massage. The experience also extends outdoors to Sea La Vie Sundeck, where live music and Gibson-inspired cocktails complement elevated poolside service.
