Longevity & Wellbeing Club Surrenne launches retreats at the Maybourne Riviera
Surrenne, the wellness and longevity club founded in London and located within The Emory hotel in Belgravia, is launching a new series of four-night transformational retreats at Surrenne Riviera, set within the clifftop Maybourne Riviera on the Côte d’Azur. Extending beyond private membership and hotel guests, the retreats bring Surrenne’s signature philosophy—combining science, ancient wisdom and nature—to a wider audience.
We recently wrote about ‘Longevity Everyday’ by Novotel, both examples of which show that the concept of longevity can be interpreted broadly!

Longevity & Wellbeing Club Surrenne
Suspended between sea and sky, with panoramic views over Roquebrune-Cap-Martin, Monaco and the Mediterranean coast, Surrenne Riviera offers a serene setting where wellbeing is elevated to an art form. Designed as an immersive period of self-restoration, the guided retreats integrate personalised treatments, one-to-one consultations with expert practitioners, movement and breathwork, rituals, and a carefully curated nutrition programme.
Each retreat unfolds in three stages: Ground, Recharge and Regenerate. Guests begin by reconnecting with body and environment through mindful movement, breathwork and nourishment. The Recharge phase focuses on restoring energy with coastal walks, cold-water immersion in the sea and thermal circuits, rest, and personal focus sessions. The final Regenerate stage supports clarity and long-term integration through meditation and closing rituals.

Nutrition plays a central role throughout
The anti-inflammatory Surrenne Menu, developed with nutritionist and functional medicine practitioner Rose Ferguson, is designed to optimise gut health, energy and sleep while celebrating seasonal Côte d’Azur produce, vibrant flavours and natural circadian rhythms.
Held on selected dates throughout the year, the retreats include a Spring Equinox Retreat (20–24 March), aligned with the Astrological New Year and led by astrologer and meditation teacher Belinda Matwali alongside Rose Ferguson. Highlights include personalised astrological readings, nutrition consultations, Yoga Nidra, electronic music meditation, Lagree classes, therapeutic treatments and guided sea swims.
The Anti-Inflammatory Reset Retreat (17–21 April), led by Rose Ferguson, focuses on metabolic health, mindful eating and sustainable wellbeing practices, combined with movement, lymphatic therapy and nature-based experiences.
Further retreat dates for 2026 will be announced later.
