From Mexican roots to the rooftops of Amsterdam, CIMA Rooftop Bar & Terrace has opened its doors. The name ‘CIMA’, Spanish for ‘peak’, reflects its unique location among the city’s rooftops, where guests can enjoy intimate views of Amsterdam and its iconic skyline.

The terrace, tucked away between the rooftops of nearby homes, offers an intimate setting that makes the city feel like it’s all yours. The perfect balance of taste, atmosphere, and togetherness, CIMA is not your traditional bar, but a rooftop destination designed to make the evening an experience. The Mexican-inspired menu of shareable bites, created by Mexican head chef Jenniffer Calderon, pairs perfectly with the cocktail offering. From fresh ceviches to amazing tacos, the menu is made for sharing — the ideal addition to an evening that easily stretches for hours.
“CIMA is going to be the place to be. I see people stopping by for a pre-dinner cocktail, friends coming together for the atmosphere, the music, the cocktails, or the Chef’s Table menu with all the mezcals on the list… It’s where you’ll want to celebrate your birthday, your company dinner — where you come in winter for the warm vibes and in summer for the sunset. CIMA Rooftop Bar & Terrace officially opened on Wednesday, November 5, and is open from Wednesday to Sunday, 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM.
