Festive reopening of Celest, the highest sky bar in the Benelux

Celest, the iconic skybar at a height of 190 metres in De Zalmhaven, will open its doors to individual visitors from Friday 2 January. Every Friday and Saturday evening, guests can enjoy a 360-degree panoramic view of Rotterdam, accompanied by a DJ.

After Celest had to close its doors in the summer due to water damage, it is now reopening in phases. Initially, it was only open for corporate and private events, but now the next phase is beginning. The NYE party marks the festive reopening of the Skybar for individual reservations. The doors will open at 10 p.m. on 31 December, followed by a spectacular fireworks display at midnight. The party will be fueled by the danceable beats of a DJ, supported by a saxophonist. There is no specific dress code, but a festive outfit is always fun. Tickets for the NYE party cost € 249. A selection of drinks and cocktails is included, as well as surprising bites. Think loaded truffle fries, lobster rolls, boa short ribs and no foie brioches. Of course, at midnight, the champagne corks will pop to ring in the new year and accompany the National Fireworks. The party ends at 2 a.m.
