The tip of The Shard in London will be the location for a pop-up cinema for three nights. The building is 69 floors which probably means it will be the world’s highest cinema. A ticket for one of the nights will be quite expensive. On the other hand, in return you will get a complete luxurious night out! During the events of ‘Edible Cinema’ guests get a package of food before the movie starts. The small dishes in the package are numbered and you are not allowed to eat them until the numbers correspond with the numbers shown in the movie. This way, aroma, texture and taste create a more unique experience during certain scenes within the movie. lees verder
By the end of August the first edition of the The Ark Festival will take place. The special feature of this multi-day festival is that the party isn’t at a normal festival ground but on ‘The Freedom of The Seas’, a luxury cruise ship. The tour starts and ends in Barcelona after visiting Ibiza and Marseille. It seems that the festivalgoer loves special occasions and locations. We spotted festivals at bungalow parks, thermal baths and of course the fitness festivals.

Gym Boat in Paris by Carlo Ratti Associati We think it would be great to have a workout-powered gym boat in the canals of Amsterdam as well. But for now the International design and innovation office Carlo Ratti Associati has teamed up with fitness equipment manufacturer Technogym, architecture group Terreform ONE and the urban regeneration institute URBEM to present the Paris Navigating Gym. This will be a fitness vessel that moves along the Seine River by harnessing energy from the workouts of their passengers.
At the Manta Resort in Tanzania you can spend the night in a special way. The resort offers a room which lays four meters beneath the waves. The room lies approximately 250m from the shore of Pemba Island, one of the islands surrounding Tanzania. lees verder
