Four vintages, one quest for harmony
In 2026, Dom Pérignon unveiled four vintages in the same year for the first time: Vintage 2017, Vintage 2008 – Plénitude 2, Rosé Vintage 2010 and Vintage 2018. Each vintage has its own character and story, but together they form different interpretations of Dom Pérignon’s ongoing quest for harmony.
- Vintage 2017 – reflects the tension and complexity of a challenging harvest.
- Vintage 2008 – Plénitude 2 – shows how a vintage can unfold anew through further maturation.
- Rosé Vintage 2010 – highlights the expressive personality of pinot noir and is the result of a ten-year creative process.
- Vintage 2018 – reflects an exceptional year and marks a new chapter under Chef de Cave Vincent Chaperon.
Dom Pérignon Dinners | When gastronomy and champagne meet
During the Harmony Edition, music, lighting, table setting and storytelling come together around a single theme: harmony. The chefs translate this into their own culinary signature, in dialogue with the four vintages. For the Dutch edition, Soenil Bahadoer and Marcelo Ballardin join forces for an exclusive four-hands dinner. Together they create a single menu in which their different backgrounds, styles and techniques come together.
Soenil Bahadoer, two-Michelin-star chef at Restaurant GEM., combines his Surinamese-Hindustani heritage with French precision and Dutch seasonal produce. He wants every course to tell a story in which contrast, elegance and generosity come together.
Marcelo Ballardin, chef of the Michelin-starred restaurant OAK in Ghent, combines his Italian-Brazilian roots with classical techniques and seasonal ingredients. His ambition is a menu that is refined, vibrant and balanced.

About Dom Pérignon
For Dom Pérignon, harmony is an ongoing creative quest. The combination of pinot noir and chardonnay, the interplay between intellect and emotion, and the continuous dialogue with terroir, vineyard and climate form its foundation. Each vintage is an interpretation of a specific year and, at the same time, part of a larger creative story. Reservations can be made at the website of restaurant GEM.
