A new generation of women-focused longevity retreats | Following your own fully personalised wellness path
Each programme of Layan Life by Anantara combines advanced diagnostics, nutrition, movement and therapeutic treatments with Thai healing traditions, creating a personalised experience grounded in science and balance.
As multi-generational and purpose-driven travel grows, more women are travelling together, mothers, daughters, sisters and friends, seeking meaningful experiences. Layan Life responds to this shift by offering shared activities alongside individual wellness paths tailored to each guest’s age, needs and goals.
“At Layan Life, we recognise that a woman’s wellbeing is never static,” says General Manager Jennifer Sanvictores. “These retreats honour every stage with care and scientific accuracy.”
Longevity for Life
At the core of the programme is Longevity for Life, a preventive wellness retreat designed to extend health span and support healthy ageing. The programme integrates diagnostics, Thai Traditional Medicine, nutrition, movement, IV therapy and personalised coaching. It supports hormonal balance, restores vitality and promotes long-term health through a medically guided approach. Under this concept, Layan Life introduces two specialised women’s retreats:
- 3-Night Medically Guided Women’s Longevity Retreat
- Perimenopause, Menopause & Post-Menopause Support
This medically guided programme supports women through midlife transitions with a focus on hormonal balance, bone and muscle health, metabolic resilience and emotional wellbeing. It combines medical insight with targeted therapies and restorative practices. Programme focus includes: hormonal balance, bone density, metabolic and cardiovascular health, and cognitive and emotional wellbeing.
3-Night Holistic Women’s Wellness Retreat
Launched during Women’s Wellness Month, this retreat offers a holistic journey rooted in Thai Traditional Medicine. It focuses on hormonal balance, reproductive health and emotional wellbeing through mindful movement, therapeutic treatments and restorative rituals. The programme encourages women to reconnect with their natural rhythms and restore balance, energy and clarity.
Who the retreat is designed for: Women experiencing hormonal imbalance, fatigue or stress; those navigating menopause or post-partum recovery; busy professionals seeking rest; and women wanting to reconnect with their vitality and intuition.
