The main purposel is to make people aware of the amount of plastic floating in the ocean. Every evening, a 6-course organic menu is prepared by C Catering.

The fruit is randomly tested to see if the fruit doesn’t contain any pesticides. The ice cream parlor creates surprising flavors like Chocolate Chili and Spirulina (a type of algae).
