- Savor has developed a technology that turns carbon into cooking fats, oils, and other food products, like butter.
- Artist Iwan Smit designed the 2024 Duvel Glasses. The theme for the design is, ‘making a real connection’.

Last Monday was Pink Monday in Tilburg and in the coming period there are LGBTIQA+ events in various cities in the Netherlands. Hotels are hosting events and restaurants are creating delicious rainbow dishes! A list of places that are paying attention to Pride 2024 and initiatives in the hospitality industry!

- DoubleTree by Hilton Amsterdam Centraal Station introduces a welfare budget for employees in cooperation with empowr.

Since May 15, Pink Beach has opened its terrace on May 15. This glamorous city beach – an initiative of WONDR Amsterdam – involves a pop-up beach bar of no less than 300m2, just one metro stop away from Amsterdam Central Station.

- A special collaboration that we would like to see in the Netherlands too! Fato a Mano, a pizza chain in London is going to sell the Margherita Sbagliata pizza by ‘World’s Best Pizza Chef’, Franco Pepe.
- A special wellness resort, built within a year with a lot of shared details on the Instagram account of Long Lane. An idea of Harrison Hide.
- Also via Instagram: Espresso Martini flights and ‘smores kits at Concorde Espresso Bar in Wilmington North Carolina. Great idea for a summer terrace!
- Walt Disney Studios in Disneyland Paris gets another name after the expansion with a new immersive area of ‘World of Frozen’: Disney Adventure World.
