On 15,000 square metres, progressive top suppliers will unpack their own showroom around a magnificent show kitchen that will also be used as a restaurant and event space. Various spaces are also available for international events, trade fairs and conferences.

SUGO Pizza, known for its airy, square pizza al taglio, is charting a new course this month. Where previously vegan dishes were marked on the menu, a marking is now placed behind dishes with animal products. “With a daring new menu, we are breaking into the future with a bang,” says director Hugo Kruijssen about the company’s new direction.
Sunday Homes at El Cosmico | A 3D printed hotel in Marfa Texas

March 2023 hotelier Liz Lambert announced the arrival of ‘Sunday Homes at El Cosmico’. A 3D printed hotel and homes on the camping grounds of ‘El Cosmico’ in Marfa, Texas. A collaboration with architects BIG-Bjarke Ingels Group and ICON, which specialises in advanced building technologies and is a pioneer in large-scale 3D printing. In much of the press, the plans are described as if it were designed for on the moon and Mars. This is because ICON also has a contract with NASA for the first interplanetary houses there.
Lagerwal | Modern beer garden in Amsterdam Noord

Opening – On May 17, the new hotspot Lagerwal opened next to restaurant Helling 7 in Amsterdam Noord. Just three minutes by bike from the NDSM wharf, you will find a unique combination of a modern beer garden with one of Amsterdam’s largest terraces. Located by the water with breath-taking views over the city, visitors can enjoy sunsets, a large selection of locally brewed beers and small dishes on open fire in collaboration with Helling 7. The industrial and sustainably designed terrace also offers a varied cultural programme.

Pizza Hut launches cheesesteak-inspired pizza and melt and Pizza Haute Dinner Series with Chain

Pizza Hut is introducing a new, craveable offering to its menu, Cheesesteak. The pizza destination is bringing grilled sirloin steak to a nationally available menu for the very first time, offering the recipe as both a pizza and a crispy handheld Melt. The two new menu items will be available at participating restaurants nationwide on May 2 for a limited time. To coincide with the launch, Pizza Hut is continuing its partnership with Chain, the Los Angeles pop-up phenomenon, to host Pizza Haute Dinner Series: a premium, exclusive dining extravaganza for pizza lovers.
