MyFarm is an initiative of the UK National Trust where it is all about crowdmanagement. The farm of Wimpole Estate in Cambrigdeshire, which containts over 2.500 acres of land, is calling for 10,000 ‘online farmers’ to participate to sign up for £30 and provide this farmer with advise and to discuss other issues through blogs and videos. The online farmers don’t need any previous farmer experiences. Points of discussion will be; crops being grown, livestock being bred and general wider issues regarding the farm’s interaction with the environment.

Ben & Jerry’s found a way to use the unused characters in a tweet. To make the tweet Fair Trade you can visit the fairtweet website, make your message and according to the number of characters used, the website will fill in the unused ones with a Fair Trady message.

Coca Cola pralines

Coca-Cola has approached Belgian top chocolate maker Dominique Persoone to celebrate the start of Coca-Cola on the 8th of May 1886. A special box is created with 3 chocolates that provide a real Coca-Cola experience. The set contains a birthday praline (with sparkling sugar), an ice cube praline (that resembles the taste of cola at 4 degrees Celsius) and a cacao praline (the ideal taste combination with cola).

Swiss watchmaker Tissot has partnered with Holition to showcase its Ladies and  T-Touch collection in one of Harrods iconic Brompton Road window displays as part of the store’s new promotion celebrating all things Swiss. The window display will enable consumers to virtually ‘try on’ watches from both the Ladies and T- Touch men’s collection, and a fully interactive touch screen will allow customers to engage with a wider range of Tissot watches than ever before.

Pepsi refresh project

Refresh the world with ideas and Pepsi grants the money. American citizens can promote their ideas or vote for ideas in their neighbourhood. Pepsi donates money for projects in eight rounds, with a maximum of $50.000 per project. The first round ends at the 8th of April, hereafter people can vote on their favorite idea for a month.

Copies of the leaflet are available free of charge at eight Tourist Information Centres in and around London and the leaflet is also downloadable as a pdf.
