Ten years ago the company ‘World Bike’ started with the creation of innovative bikes for people in developing countries. After 10 years their initiative has led to successes in Cuba, Mexico, Rwanda, Senegal and Thailand. The reason why ‘World Bike’ exists, they want to make it easier, faster and cheaper for people in poor countries to travel from A to B. It is possible to carry heavy items with this bike because it is made of material that barely breaks and is available worldwide.
This envorinmetal friendly kitchen was designed by Victor Massip and Laurent Lebot. The innovative cuisine is based on four pillars: waste management, healthy cooking, less energy and reducing the use of water. For example, the water, the lettuce is washed in, is reused to water the plants.
Designed by Petra Antiqua these tiles are a work of art. The travertine tiles are available in various metals such as gold, copper, silver and iron. But also in pearl, red and violet, these tiles have got a modern and traditional feel. Available in sizes: 10 x 30, 10 and 10 x 60 x 90 cm.
Nearby Hell’s Kitchen in Manhattan the Pio Pio restaurant is located. The interior was designed by the styling studio of Sebastian Mariscal and inspired by South American culture. The restaurant is part of the Pio Pio group and specializes in grilled chicken.
This all-in-one toilet concept does not only look modern, it is also very practical. Will this be the future of toilets? The funny thing about this concept id that it is a toilet, a container and a mirror all in one. It also contributes to watersavings. The washing bin has a reservoir directly under the tank where the water is collected, it can then be used to flush the toilet.
These goggles are exclusive for the champagne brand Veuve Clicquot, it’s designed by Smith Optics for the annual “Clicquot in the snow” event in Aspen. The goggles fit perfectly with each glass of champagne (and of course your golden moon boots)!
The brand Chocolate Edition comes with this set of chocolate bars. Striking thing about the bars is the minimalist and simple design. Besides that the bar isn’t traditionaly divided in separate parts.
The champaignbrand Veuve Clicquot has teamed up with designers from L’atelier LZC the ‘Sakura’ to design a collection. The design is based on the beauty of cherry blossoms and a Japanese tradition in the spring to keep feasts and picnics under the cherry blossoms. The portable box contains half a bottle of champagne and two plastic flutes. A pink jacket can keep the bottle cool for two hours.
