Disney took the first step towards the hotel industry by opening Aulani Disney Resort & Spa in Hawaii, which is a hotel outside the theme parks. The hotel covers an area of 21 acres and features over 800 rooms. The hotel offers several Disney ‘experiences’ like several swimming pools with activities such as diving and snorkeling, and a beach house which offers kids-entertainment. For the adults, the hotel offers a spa and several restaurants.
British kitchen chef Gorden Ramsay starts a new tv show called ‘Hotel Hell’. It’s based on his other show ‘Kitchen of Nightmares’. The show Hotel Hell focuses on hotels, motels and B&B’s.
